As we continue to scale and achieve substantial revenue and enterprise traction, we are looking to build out our Technical and Non-technical teams, and we need your help to source top-tier talent to join us on this exciting journey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in sourcing exceptional candidates for our Technical and Non-technical teams. You will use your expertise to engage with top talent while continuously improving the candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure that we’re bringing in the right talent to support our rapid growth. As a critical member of the team, you'll also work on streamlining sourcing processes, leveraging automation tools where possible, without compromising on the quality of our candidate interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, engage, and attract top talent for various Technical and Non-technical roles, including Engineering, Sales, and other key business functions.

  • Continuously refine and perfect your pitch, understanding what motivates candidates and how Codeium can offer them the best growth and impact opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to move candidates through the recruitment pipeline smoothly and efficiently.

  • Leverage automation tools and processes in collaboration with our engineering team to increase the efficiency of the function while maintaining a top-tier candidate experience.

  • Screen and qualify candidates effectively before they enter the interview process to ensure they align with Codeium's values and needs.

  • Actively track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure a data-driven approach to hiring.

About You:

  • Proven experience sourcing talent within a fast-paced startup environment or a high-growth tech company.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, build relationships, and explain the value proposition of working at Codeium.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail in managing a high volume of candidates and data.

  • Comfortable working in-person 5 days a week at our HQ in Mountain View, CA (easily accessible by Caltrain).

  • A successful track record of working with an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby preferred) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.

  • A passion for AI and technology with an understanding of the developer tools landscape would be highly advantageous.
